Below are the suppliments I take on a daily basis, unless otherwise noted. These are not required but I get asked this alot. I recommend reading the books I have listed in the My Diet page.
Every Morning upon waking up I take the following suppliments.
Olympian Labs Green Protein 8 in 1 1 scoop
Gold Standard 100% Casein Protein 1 scoop
1/2 tsp Now L-Carnitine Powder
1 tsp Allmax Beta-Alanine
3 tsp of Benefiber
8 - 12 ounces of water in a blender.
I get 30g of protein to kickstart my system. I chose casein protein because it's slow release. I usually have to force myself to eat breakfast after having this shake.
I take the folling suppliments in addition to AGG ( see below)
1 5000iu Now Vitamin D3
2 400mg Seanol caplets (2 times daily)
1 Kirkland Mature Multivitamin
Following my morning shake and 30 minutes before each meal (AGG) 6 times a week
1 725mg Life Extension Mega Green Tea Extract
1 250mg NOW Alpha Lipoic Acid
1 350mg Natures Way Garlicin
2 NOW Omega 3-6-9 Softgels 3 Times a day, ((7 days a week)
Before bed I change the routine up a tiny bit (PAG) 6 times a week
1 20mg Now Policaosanol
1 250mg NOW Alpha Lipoic Acid
1 350mg Natures Way Garlicin
10 - 20 minutes before workouts
Perfect Low Carb ISOPURE Whey Isolate 50g of protein 1 scoop
1 tsp Allmax Beta-Alanine
1 tsp of Benefiber
12 ounces of water
